WARRANTY POLICY
Terms
We warrant that products purchased from us will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use. The warranty is valid from the date of purchase.
We will repair or replace defective products with new parts or, at the request of the customer the serviceable used parts that are equivalent to new in performance.
Procedure:
You may apply the RMA by filling our form. You may find the RMA number in your mail after submitting the form, which you need to mention on your shipping document along with the goods when sending back to us.
Warranty does not cover any damage to this product that results from accident, abuse, mis-use, natural or
personal disaster, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification.
Original products without warranty sticker attached to the product will not be accepted.
Please make sure your goods under warranty and belong to us in order to avoid unnecessary freight cost before sending back to us. Original products without warranty sticker attached to the product will not be accepted.
Remark : BVC will not be responsible for providing a repairing/replacement service if the product has exceeded its duration of warranty, or the product defect is caused by improper installation, or any inappropriate or mishandling usage.
BVC reserve the right to invalidate the warranty.
